ABOUT ARTISAN DEVELOPMENT

Our service offering for this consultancy shall include the following:

360° MENTORSHIP

STUSH has an understanding of the challenges we face as Caribbean artisans base on our experience working in the region. Having built an iconic Caribbean fashion brand from the ground, up, Tamia is in a unique position to provide artisans with first hand knowledge of how to navigate the regional and international fashion industry as a Caribbean-based designer. Her hands-on approach to mentorship will provide artisans with the opportunity to get custom solutions that speak directly to their specific needs.

ONE-ON-ONE VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

After each group session there will be a one-on-one consultation each week to further break down and walk artisans through the process of what was taught. This will allow for them to feel more comfortable asking questions and ensuring their individual needs are met.

We will deliver workshops that will cover the production  from start to finish. Upon completion, our artisans will be equipped with the knowledge to run an MSME.

Workshops will be structured in  1 - 2 hour interactive lectures, with 15 - 30 minutes to ask questions at the end. All workshops will end with assignment tasks to be presented and discussed during the one-on-one consultations that will follow.
